Vacuum Oil Filling Oven
The Vacuum Oil Filling Oven is a specialized vacuum chamber equipped with an oil injection system designed to fill transformers with oil under vacuum conditions. This process effectively removes moisture and air from the transformer oil, preventing contamination that could compromise insulation performance. The oven is available in rectangular or cylindrical configurations with customizable dimensions to meet specific production requirements.
Constructed according to vacuum autoclave regulations, the oven features a vacuum-tight structure with a transformer oil tank mounted on top for filtered oil storage. Precision-controlled oil filling is achieved through flow meters on each pipeline. The system operates via automated PLC control with touch screen interface for seamless operation.
