The system leverages a fully servo-driven architecture: from synchronized feeding to high-accuracy punching and shearing, every motion is controlled by closed-loop servo motors for micron-level consistency. Centralized logic control is managed by an industrial PLC, while an intuitive touchscreen HMI allows operators to configure job parameters, monitor real-time performance, and adjust settings with ease—minimizing setup time and human error.

After processing, laminations are automatically conveyed and stacked with precise alignment onto the receiving platform, guided by servo-controlled positioning to ensure uniformity and stability.
