GZR-800-I automatic winding machine is a high-precision, fully automatic winding equipment specially designed for medium and small distribution transformers, power transformers, and reactor coils.

The complete machine consists of a main winding host, automatic wire insulation & layer paper feeding system, adjustable tension pay-off stand, pneumatic system, PLC controller, and servo drive system.

With high automation, strong torque output, and stable winding precision, the machine ensures excellent axial tightness and uniform coil compactness. It is especially ideal for high-quality rectangular transformer coil winding.
